My passion for historic preservation extends beyond client work. I've personally DIY renovated two rental properties, rolling up my sleeves to restore original features while thoughtfully updating systems and functionality. This hands-on experience gives me invaluable insight into renovation costs, timelines, and the realities of working with older homes.
